Prices for 2 adults with up to 3 children (up to 12years) per night

Use of the apartment with more than 2 people:
Children up to 12 years: free
13 - 17 years: 5.00 € / night
over 18 years: 15,00 € / night

Sauna:
9,90 € per person up to 3 hours per day

Pets:
Pets can be taken on request. Please bring a suitable sleeping berth with you.
Additional fee for the rent flat rate: for 1-2 nights 16,00 €, more than 2 nights 8,00 € per pet / night.

Short time reservation:
1 to 3 nights – additional charge of 30,00 € per apartment (Ap. 11 and 12)
1 to 3 nights – additional charge of 35,00 € per apartment (Ap. 14, 15, 16)

All apartments have a modern bathroom with shower and WC, a kitchen and a big balcony with panoramic view. Internet via WLAN (Wifi) free of charge

Our prices include:
The laundry package consists of 1 towel and 1 shower towel (per person), bathmat and will be changed once a week, 1 bed linen per person as well as 2 dishtowels, 1 towel, 1 dishcloth (per accommodation unit)

Final cleaning, running costs, BBQ area and garden area, parking, shuttle service on arrival and departure from and to the train station "Bad Schandau", delivery of bread (rolls), charcoal delivery, library, booking service and advice regarding leisure time facilities of the region.

A small service charge for:

Hire charge for in-house bicycles 35,00 €/ day/ bicycle (2 bicycles available)
